North Jetty Park
1000 Casey Key Road, Casey Key, Nokomis, FL 34275
One of the most exciting surfing beaches on the West Coast of Florida. Also a very popular picnicking spot for families and large groups, and the fishing is said to be spectacular. If you enjoy watching boats, this is a good place to engage in that activity. Boats can be seen daily as they pass through the jetties from the Intercostal Waterway to the Gulf of Mexico.

History:

• Acquired in 1979.
