In this day and age of multi-track recordings and synthesized music, it’s rare to find a musical group that can perform with their voices alone. 42Five has been performing its own unique brand of entertainment since the turn of the century. Evolving from a street corner barbershop sound and drawing on funk, rock, jazz and blues, 42Five is unlike any musical experience around, recreating an entire instrumental band with nothing but their voices, a feat which has to be seen to be believed.

This group of mega-talented young men are taking the nation by storm with a show so unique critics have dubbed it the most refreshing approach to music that's graced the stage for quite some time. 42Five will appear for one performance only at 7 p.m. Saturday, Nov. 21, at the Venice Community Center, 326 S.
